Role Overview: You will be responsible for various HR activities including employee agreements completion, driving campaigns such as referral programs and recognition programs, updating ZOHO recruitment software, taking new initiatives in HR, conducting branch visits for rapport building, maintaining proper data, organizing training sessions, managing social media ads for hiring, complete hiring process, creating talent pool, reaching out to colleges and institutes, handling HR operations tasks, analyzing hiring ad campaign costs, planning walk-in interview days, and scheduling virtual interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Complete employee agreements and drive various campaigns such as referral programs, recognition programs, and grievance redressal. - Update ZOHO recruitment software and take new initiatives in HR. - Ensure flawless induction process for smooth HR functioning. - Build rapport during branch visits and clarify requirements. - Maintain proper data in Talent Funnel and organize training sessions. - Manage social media ads calendar for hiring, both paid and unpaid campaigns. - Handle complete hiring process and create a talent pool. - Reach out to colleges and institutes for recruitment purposes. - Perform HR operations tasks and analyze hiring ad campaign costs to reduce expenses. - Plan walk-in interview days on Saturdays and schedule virtual interviews for candidates. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in HR field with knowledge of recruitment software like ZOHO. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport and conducting interviews. - Ability to analyze data and costs to optimize hiring processes. - Proven track record of successful campaign management and talent acquisition. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
