Job Description

Human Resources: (1) Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and outdoor company values. (2) Manage the recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding. (3) Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and organization charts. (4) Develop training programs with a focus on safety, outdoor ethics, and company values. (5) Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures. (6) Administer compensation and benefits programs. (7) Ensure compliance with labor laws and health & safety regulations. (8) Promote an inclusive, fun, and adventure-driven work culture. Administration: (1) Oversee daily office operations including supplies, equipment, and facilities. (2) Organize and maintain personnel records and administrative files. (3) Coordinate company events, retreats, and team-building activities. (4) Support travel and logistics for field staff and adventure guides. (5) Manage administrative budgets and vendor relationships. (6) Manage company Director's day to day activities like meetings if any travel booking etc.
