Job overview:
We seek a reliable and organized Human Resource manager for comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skill, along with eye for details and ability manage the workload effectively.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, implement strategies to build seamless hiring process.
Ensure employee compliances with all company policies and state/federal regulations maintain employee records and updates as needed.
update company policies and benefit packages
Facilite communication between management/department heads and employees co-manage, schedule and organize meeting along with department head
Educate employees on company benefits and rewards
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Assist management with corrective action, conflict resolution and accidents excellent leadership,
Analytical, negotiation and persuasive skill.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise on Microsoft office suite.
Prefer female candidates however male candidates can also apply.
Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
Salary: not be mentioned/ negotiable based on the skill and expertise they have in the field
