Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability for the role.
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disputes, or other concerns.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive working environment.
  • Provide counseling to employees to enhance their performance.
  • Implement performance review procedures and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluation.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to meet those needs.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, leave management, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Lead change initiatives through organization design, restructuring, OM implementation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide expert advice on HR best practices to senior leadership team members on talent acquisition retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and organize employee events and activities to foster team spirit and morale.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and update policies and practices accordingly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in developing implementing successful HR transformations projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong expertise in areas such as Talent Acquisition & Onboarding; Performance Management; Employee Engagement & Relations; Business HR; Corporate HR Generalist Activities.
  • Familiarity with HR Soware tools ( ATS Applicant tracking system,performance and employee management tool)
