Senior Architect

Job Description ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept through construction documentation and completion. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions. Oversee junior architects and support staff, ensuring quality and design intent are maintained throughout all project phases. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines. Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents for accuracy and compliance with local codes and regulations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring construction aligns with design intent. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies. JOB REQUIREMENTS- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM workflows preferred. Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction methods, and detailing. Proven leadership in managing teams and clients with a collaborative, solutions-driven approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
