Senior Interior Designer

Job Description ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES- Lead design conceptualization and strategy for interior projects (residential/commercial/retail) Work directly with clients to understand their needs and present design proposals Develop design presentations, layout plans, mood boards, material boards, and 3D visualizations Finalize working drawings, BOQs, and project documentation Oversee site execution and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets Keep up with emerging trends, materials, and innovations in interior design Conduct client presentations and handle feedback effectively Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams JOB REQUIREMENTS- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior designers Excellent communication and client-handling skills Strong knowledge of materials, detailing, lighting, and construction techniques Creative vision with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
