HR Manager – IT & Non-IT Staffing (Manpower)

Job Title: HR Manager – IT & Non-IT Staffing (Manpower) Experience: 8 to 10 Years Location: Palam, New Delhi Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager specializing in IT and Non-IT Staffing & Manpower Management to lead our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, and client relationship management while ensuring timely closures and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities:·         Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles (mid to senior levels). ·        Handle manpower planning, sourcing strategy, and deployment based on business needs. ·        Oversee a team of recruiters to ensure delivery against client SLAs and timelines. ·        Develop talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on portals, social media, and referrals. ·        Maintain client relationships and act as a strategic partner for manpower fulfillment. ·        Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management. ·        Collaborate with leadership for HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. ·        Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports and metrics dashboards. Desired Skills & Qualifications:·   Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. ·        8–10 years of proven experience in IT & Non-IT staffing, preferably in an agency or consulting environment. ·        Excellent knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). ·        Strong client-handling, team management, and communication skills. ·        Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple clients simultaneously.
