Job Description

As a Manager HR Delivery for Japan HR Shared Services at Fujitsu, your role will involve: Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the HR Shared Services team supporting Japan operations from Pune, India. Your key focus will be on enhancing HR service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and establishing strong collaboration with Fujitsu Japan HR stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison for Fujitsu Japan HR team and stakeholders. - Develop and maintain strong relationships to align with client expectations and strategic objectives. - Lead a team of 25+ Japanese bilingual professionals, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. - Implement performance monitoring systems for SLA adherence and conduct strategic service reviews. - Inspire and mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation. - Design and execute strategic development plans to enhance team capabilities. - Spearhead process optimization initiatives to align with global standards and organizational policies. - Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization for maximum efficiency. - Oversee financial governance for projects, including POs, SOWs, and budgets to ensure cost efficiency and resource utilization alignment. Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role within shared services/global HR. - Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills. - Proficiency in Japanese language (Min N3 or above) with extensive experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of HR service delivery models, process governance, and SLA management. - Expertise in strategic financial governance (budgeting, POs, SOWs). - Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
