Job Description

As a Manager HR Delivery for Japan HR Shared Services at Fujitsu, your role will be pivotal in enhancing HR service delivery, driving operational excellence, and fostering strategic collaboration with Fujitsu Japan HR stakeholders. You will lead a team of 25+ Japanese bilingual professionals, ensuring high-quality service and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - Serve as the primary liaison for Fujitsu Japan HR team and stakeholders, developing robust relationships and ensuring alignment with client expectations. - Implement advanced performance monitoring systems to ensure SLA adherence and conduct strategic service reviews. - Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. - Spearhead process optimization initiatives to align with global standards and organizational policies. - Oversee financial governance for projects, including Purchase Orders (POs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and budgets. Qualifications & Skills: - 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior managerial role within shared services/global HR. - Proficiency in Japanese language (Min JLPT N3 or above) and extensive experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders. - Exceptional stakeholder management, client engagement skills, and in-depth knowledge of HR service delivery models. - Proven expertise in strategic financial governance, leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
