HR Manager

We're Hiring: Senior HR Manager
Location: Calicut , Kerala

At Home Work Living, we believe a strong team builds a strong brand. We're looking for a Senior HR Manager with at least 10 years of experience, preferably male, who can lead our HR function with maturity, clarity, and people-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and team structuring across departments
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and retention strategies
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR policy compliance
• Drive performance management and training initiatives
• Maintain proper documentation and labor law compliance
• Act as a trusted point of contact for all employee matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of proven HR experience, ideally in retail or lifestyle sectors
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficient in HR software and documentation
• Fluent in English and Malayalam
• Male candidates preferred for this role due to internal team requirements
