Job Description

Role Overview: As the HR Manager at MySkool Club, you will be instrumental in shaping the people culture of the organization. Your strategic and operational role will involve overseeing end-to-end HR operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, and talent development within the fast-growing EdTech sector. Key Responsibilities: - Lead recruitment efforts for academic and non-academic roles, including SMEs, Tutors, Sales, and Tech teams. - Develop talent pipelines for high-volume hiring, particularly for online educators and support staff. - Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure swift employee integration and enhance productivity. - Maintain up-to-date HR policies, SOPs, and employee records. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and Shops Act, and conduct vendor HR audits when necessary. - Establish a structured performance management framework aligned with company KPIs. - Organize training and capability-building programs for educators and staff. - Perform skill gap analyses and support career development initiatives. - Cultivate a positive work culture based on collaboration, ownership, and innovation. - Execute employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and feedback reviews. - Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with empathy and fairness. - Serve as a talent advisor to leadership and department heads. - Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making. - Support organizational design and workforce planning during scale-up phases. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR / Personnel Management / related field. - 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably in EdTech, IT, or Start-up environments. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, HR analytics, and performance management tools. - Experience in handling high-volume recruitment is an added advantage.
