Job Description

HR Manager Recruitment & HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Direct and manage full-cycle recruitment to meet organizational talent needs.

Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to define hiring requirements and job specifications.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through online platforms, job boards, and recruitment agencies.

Promote the company brand as an employer of choice to attract and retain talent.

Conduct HR interviews and lead offer negotiation and finalization processes.

Develop and manage employee referral programs to boost internal sourcing.

Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring forecasts to plan future talent requirements.

Identify and address bottlenecks in recruitment processes to optimize efficiency.

Utilize tools like ATS and LinkedIn for effective hiring, especially for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners.

Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve recruitment processes.

HR Operations

Support the day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and compliance.

Ensure alignment with employment laws and regulations across all HR activities.

Implement and oversee HR software systems for efficient operations (e.g., attendance, HRMS).

Support organizational culture by fostering a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

Work with leadership to develop policies and procedures that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Skills & Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the Services or BFSI industry.

In-depth knowledge of HR systems including applicant tracking systems and HRMS/payroll tools.

Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
