HR Manager (Ed-tech, Mon-Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments, especially tech, product, and academic teams.
• Develop strategic hiring plans in collaboration with department heads.
• Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and execute engagement programs, feedback loops, and team-building activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company values.
  

3. Performance Management

• Implement and improve performance appraisal systems (OKRs, KPIs, 360 reviews).
• Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.
  

4. Learning & Development

• Identify skill gaps and create learning programs to support career growth and upskilling.
• Collaborate with business heads to align L&D with organizational goals.
  

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are compliant with local labor laws and best practices.
• Manage employee records, HRIS, payroll inputs, onboarding and exit processes.
  

6. Strategic HR Leadership

• Partner with leadership on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive data-backed decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Must hold Specialization in HR Management

2. B.tech in IT/CSE/EEE/ECE from reputed college along with Specialization in HR will be preffered.

3. Previous Ed-tech Experience of 2-4 years is preferred.

4. Immediately available.

5. Available for Monday-Saturday, work from Office.

6. Should be fluent in English speaking and have strong Communication skills.
