HR Manager

As an HR Executive/Manager at EARS Urban Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. in Nagpur, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to support the organization's goals and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the society's objectives. - Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and professional manner. - Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. - Ensure HR operations and policies comply with relevant labor laws and cooperative society regulations in Maharashtra. - Draft and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures to maintain a consistent approach in the organization. - Conduct regular employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment and boost morale. - Monitor HR metrics and prepare monthly reports for senior management to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management systems.
