Job Description

You will be responsible for developing programs to enhance employee relations and provide support to each staff member. It will be your duty to ensure that the new hire orientation process effectively introduces new employees to the corporate culture. Additionally, you will be tasked with delivering monthly compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team, along with making recommendations to enhance the current offerings of the company. Your role will also involve devising innovative methods to measure employee morale and identifying strategies to improve overall employee satisfaction. Acting as a liaison between the company and external legal and professional resources to ensure compliance with current employment laws and regulations will be part of your responsibilities. This is a Full-time, Permanent position requiring the candidate to be located in Bagdogra, Purnea, Bihar and have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. A Master's degree is preferred for this role, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR. A Professional in Human Resources certification is also required. If you are passionate about employee relations, corporate culture, and legal compliance, and possess the necessary qualifications and experience, this opportunity may be the perfect fit for you.,
