Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with company goals
• Manage the full employee life cycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Foster a healthy, engaging, and inclusive workplace environment
• Oversee payroll, compliance, and employee benefits administration
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
