Position: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with company goals
Manage the full employee life cycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
Foster a healthy, engaging, and inclusive workplace environment
Oversee payroll, compliance, and employee benefits administration
Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
