Profile- HR Compliance salary-35k to 50k location- NSP Essential Skills and Qualifications Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of local, regional, and national labor laws and regulations (e.g., equal pay, benefits, workplace safety, data privacy).  Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze legislation, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement.  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to explain complex laws to various stakeholders and create clear policies.  Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in record-keeping and policy implementation to avoid errors.  Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external agencies.  Common Duties by Specific Roles HR Compliance Specialist: Focuses on monitoring, implementing, and certifying HR compliance policies and conducting internal audits.  HR Compliance Manager/Officer: Oversees the entire compliance function, develops strategies, manages risks, and provides guidance to departments.  Head of HR Compliance: Leads the compliance department, sets strategic direction, and serves as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies.
