About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic Creative Multimedia organization. This role is integral to fostering a thriving workplace culture while managing the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment through retention—in an environment dedicated to digital media education, Animation, VFX, Gaming, Graphic design, and UI/UX design. At Creative Multimedia, we're passionate about nurturing the next generation of creative professionals and pushing the boundaries of innovation in the digital arts. As our HR Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building teams that drive creativity, technical excellence, and transformative learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition

    : Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent across creative and technical disciplines
  • Onboarding & Integration

    : Design and deliver comprehensive induction programs that immerse new team members in our organizational vision, values, and structure
  • Payroll & Attendance Management

    : Oversee accurate payroll processing and attendance tracking, resolving discrepancies promptly and efficiently
  • Employee Relations

    : Cultivate positive workplace relationships and serve as a trusted resource for team members at all levels
  • Conflict Resolution

    : Address employee concerns, grievances, and statutory matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance
  • HR Operations

    : Manage multiple HR functions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines

What You Bring

  • Post-graduate degree with 5+ years of progressive HR management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
  • Solid work ethic with excellent time management skills
  • Understanding of employment law and statutory compliance
