HR Manager

As an experienced and strategic HR Manager, your role will involve overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and maintaining compliance with labor regulations. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. - Manage the recruitment and selection process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital. - Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance. - Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements. - Maintain and update employee records according to policy and legal requirements. - Lead training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and company performance. - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. - Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and uphold company values and culture.
