Job Description

As an HR Manager at Chandmal Jewellers, your role will involve overseeing and managing the employees, recruitment process, and day-to-day HR operations at our showroom. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end employee management at the showroom. - Conducting interviews and managing recruitment for various roles. - Overseeing attendance, leave approvals, and employee queries. - Implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards. - Organizing employee engagement activities and resolving workplace concerns. - Supporting management in driving a productive and healthy work culture. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-6 years of proven HR experience, with retail/jewellery sector experience preferred. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage employee queries effectively and maintain confidentiality.
