Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager at Baldwin Academy in Patna. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with legal and organizational standards. Daily tasks will include managing recruitment processes, coordinating training and development programs, handling employee grievances, and maintaining employee records. The HR Manager will also be expected to work closely with school leadership to support the overall mission of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employee onboarding
• Strong skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and legal regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in the education sector or non-profit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
