Role Overview
Looking for more than policy manuals and performance cyclesThis is a role for someone who sees HR as a driver of business, not just a function.
The HR Manager will lead the evolution of a progressive, scalable HR function that supports AppsTek s continued growth. The role requires a balance of strategic insight, operational strength, and a thoughtful approach to people initiatives. From strengthening talent acquisition to shaping culture and engagement, the HR Manager HR Manager will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and a champion for employees.
What This Role Will Drive

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring across business functions (tech and non-tech).
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies in sync with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by utilizing multiple sourcing channels including portals, social media, consultants, and referrals.
  • Oversee candidate experience and onboarding processes.
  • Track and improve key hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.

Core HR Operations

  • Shape HR strategies that reflect business goals and team needs.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance, promotion, and exits.
  • Handle employee relations and grievance redressal with empathy and clarity.
  • Lead performance reviews and support capability-building initiatives.
  • Run engagement and culture-building programs that create impact beyond surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audit readiness, and HR policy governance.
Preferred Profile
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years in HR and TA, ideally with IT services, consulting, or fast-growth organizations.
  • Proven experience scaling recruitment and HR operations.
  • Confident in working with HRMS platforms, ATS tools, and sourcing solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
