Job Description

Understand organizational needs by identifying essential skills, knowledge areas, and competencies.
Support the hiring of new talent by managing recruitment activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, helping teams grow through engaging learning opportunities.
Collaborate with various departments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training materials.
Work closely with external hiring agencies and partners to drive recruitment initiatives and ensure aligned hiring efforts.
Develop and implement effective training programs to empower employees and enhance their skills.

Job Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to act as a conduit between management and employees while maintaining professionalism.
Effective teamwork and collaboration skills are necessary.
Willingness to travel for business or training purposes is expected.
Fluency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes is preferred.
Proficiency in developing training materials and programs is desired.
Understanding of performance management fundamentals, including supporting appraisal processes.
A BBA or MBA related to HR (completed within the last 12 months) with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 and no standing arrears is required.
Fresh graduates are eligible; candidates with up to 1 year of total experience may also apply.
