HR-IT Recruiter

We are looking for a skilled HR-IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and skills.
• Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results.

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, focusing on technical roles such as software developers, testers, and system administrators.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with recruitment metrics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
