Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and FTE - positions.

• Source and screen potential candidates from various platforms such as job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and social networks.
• Conduct initial HR screening, assess candidates technical and communication skills, and align them with client requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with account managers and technical panels to close positions effectively and within deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in

  IT recruitment

  , specifically in

  C2H hiring

• Strong knowledge of technical skills and current trends in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using job portals, ATS, and MS Office tools.
