HR IT Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for a female HR IT Recruiter with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate databases and reports

Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in IT recruitment/ Front Desk/Reception (Secondary Role)
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and terminology
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Only female candidates will be considered
• Must be an immediate joiner
