Job Summary:

NexionPro is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR IT Recruiter with 3 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing communication between candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define recruitment needs.
• Source candidates using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) and through networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Follow up with clients and candidates post-interviews to ensure smooth communication and feedback.
• Manage documentation and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
