Based out at Mohali, In a short span time, Evervent has won contracts from leading insurance intermediaries, government agencies and international clients and poised for tremendous growth in coming months.

We are looking for HR IT-Recruiter who are responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. She will be generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Perform reference checks as need
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Qualifications for Recruiter :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
