Internship Overview

This 3-month internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources, especially in the area of Talent Acquisition. You’ll work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and other HR processes.Confirmation of full-time employment will be based on performance After successful completion of the internship, performance will be reviewed, and based on the outcome, candidates may be considered for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
• Sourcing resumes through job portals and social media
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews
• Following up with candidates and maintaining databases
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update candidate records in HR systems
• Coordinate with hiring managers for various roles
• Joining Formalities

• Recent graduates or final year students in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
