🔹Responsibilities:-

• Assist with hiring needs and manage different online sourcing Platforms for recruitment and develop recruitment related Documents.
• Coordinate with the candidates Proactively.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives And systems.
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job Descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
• Develop training and development programs.
• Assist in performance management processes.

🔹Skills Required:-

• Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to Deliver engaging presentations.
• Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay Focused and generate high quality leads.
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
• Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and Organized.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent Organizational skills.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
