Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records maintenance, HR operations, training and development, employee engagement, policy compliance, and learning. Your duties will involve posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee databases, assisting in onboarding and exit procedures, managing leave and attendance systems, coordinating training sessions, planning employee engagement activities, circulating HR policies, assisting in audits, and observing and learning about different HR functions. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, basic knowledge of MS Office tools, willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, and discretion with confidential information. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for a Fresher, with day shift and morning shift schedules. The work location is in person.,
