HR Internship

As an HR Intern at Speechgears in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources department, gaining practical experience across a variety of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, supporting performance appraisals, engaging in employee activities, and coordinating training programs. Additionally, you will be involved in drafting HR-related documents, ensuring compliance, and supporting daily HR operations. The ideal candidate for this role is either pursuing or has recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree, possesses strong communication skills, and is proficient in MS Office applications. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
