Role Description

This is a full-time on-site HR Internship role located in Lucknow at TEN HR Consulting. The HR Intern will assist in various HR tasks including HR management, policy implementation, employee benefits administration, and personnel management. The role involves daily interactions with the HR team to support the smooth operation of HR functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Experience in personnel management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Interest in learning about HR operations
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
