Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication during the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Development of communication, screening, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
