As an intern at SmartWinnr, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Talent acquisition & onboarding - Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and data management. - Communicating with candidates via calls/emails and ensuring a smooth interview experience. - Helping onboard new hires by coordinating documentation and induction processes. - Employee engagement & culture - Supporting in organizing internal employee engagement activities. - Assisting in maintaining an engaging and positive work culture. - HR operations & documentation - Maintaining and organizing employee records and HR databases with accuracy. - Assisting with drafting HR communications, letters, and reports.
