Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Internship role based in New Delhi. The HR Intern will assist with various tasks including supporting HR management processes, and managing personnel records. The role involves contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department. The position offers hands-on experience to develop a wide range of HR-related skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources (HR) basics, including employee relations and recruitment processes.
• Basic experience or exposure to HR Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
