Description

The HR Internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to gain practical experience in the human resources field. The intern will support various HR functions and gain insights into recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support the HR team in organizing and conducting onboarding sessions for new hires.
Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct research and prepare reports on various HR topics.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
