Job Description

HR Intern (Hybrid)
Location: Bhubaneswar
Duration: 45- 90 days
Stipend: 5000- 7000

Key Responsibilities

Based on industry-standard templates and hybrid internship postings:

Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and candidate communication.
Support onboarding and documentation: preparing onboarding materials, uploading employee records, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and records, ensuring confidentiality.
Help organize employee engagement and HR events, both virtual and in-office.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
