Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Internship role located in Chennai. The intern will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, data management, and employee engagement activities. The intern will also assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and facilitating training sessions. Qualifications Strong interest in Human Resources and basic understanding of HR functions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to manage data and maintain accurate records Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
