Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Identify staffing needs and coordinate with concerned departments for the recruitment process.
Create job descriptions, post job ads, and build a recruitment network through social media and other platforms.
Source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and schedule further interviews.
Manage candidate communication, support them during interviews, and participate in recruitment events.
Handle induction and maintain employee records after onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
