Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Intern, located in Mumbai with some work from home acceptable. The HR Intern will assist in daily HR tasks which include tracking employee attendance, HR documentation, updating HR policies, facilitating employee onboarding and benefits, and supporting the overall HR management. The HR Intern will also participate in personnel management activities and gain firsthand experience in various HR functions.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRM software
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
