Job Summary:

HR International Recruiter cum Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. International Recruitment:

• Source and attract candidates globally through various channels including job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and role alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across different time zones.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and track progress through the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Negotiate salary and employment terms in accordance with company policies and regional standards.
• Stay updated with global hiring trends, visa requirements, and compliance regulations.

2. Onboarding Specialist:

• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for international new hires.
• Ensure all necessary documents and compliance requirements are completed before start date.
• Schedule orientation sessions and collaborate with IT, Admin, and relevant departments for smooth onboarding.
• Act as the single point of contact for new joiners to resolve queries and ensure a positive joining experience.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve onboarding processes.

3. Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure proper documentation is collected and stored in compliance with internal policies and international labor laws.
• Support with background checks, reference verification, and visa documentation if needed.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and Department Heads to align recruitment and onboarding goals.
• Maintain effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and third-party vendors.
