What Youll Do: -Work closely with our People team to understand hiring needs across departments -Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach -Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain a smooth candidate journey -Manage and update our ATS (don t worry, we ll teach you!) -Think like a marketer: Help draft fun, engaging job posts & LinkedIn outreach campaigns -Be a brand ambassador showcase why Zocket is the place to be for top talent -Get involved in employer branding campaigns (think memes, reels, and culture posts ) Who You Are: A student or recent grad passionate about startups and people Strong communicator Super organized and detail-oriented Curious about hiring, psychology, and workplace culture Bonus: Youve tried creating content or love storytelling (well find ways to use it!)
