Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, social media management, and marketing analytics. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Plan and allocate budgets across multiple channels, ensuring optimal ROI. Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), and other relevant platforms to maximize ROI. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Leverage A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance creative and ad performance. Analytics Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, and other analytical tools to generate insights and optimize marketing efforts. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Optimize landing pages and sales funnels to increase conversions and improve lead quality. Competitor Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new digital marketing technologies to stay ahead. Added Advantage: Experience in email marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus. Key Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with expertise in performance marketing and paid media. Strong experience in multi-channel digital marketing strategies, budget planning, and ROI optimization. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram), and other paid platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics, and other tracking tools. Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and landing page optimization. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and optimize marketing efforts. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. Experience in B2B or B2C marketing is a plus
