About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to the HR function. This role will give hands-on experience across Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, and Policy Implementation.
After the 45-day internship, performance will be evaluated for potential conversion into Full-Time Employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.
• Support new employee onboarding and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
• Help with drafting and updating HR policies & internal communication.
• Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with team leads and employees for HR queries and requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR/Management or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
