This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in various HR functions and a chance to contribute to the success of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. 

● Screen resumes and support the initial stages of the recruitment process. 

● Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates. 

● Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and orientation activities. 

● Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. 

● Assist in maintaining employee records and databases. 

● Other tasks as assigned by the company to support team goals and objectives 

Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

● Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

● Exhibits excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. .
