Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support HR documentation and paperwork.
Handle employee attendance and leave-related queries.
Coordinate with employees and maintain HR records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR/Management or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR functions will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
