Responsibilities

Souring right cnadidates from different job portals, social media, job drives/walk-ins
Scheduling interviews through our ATS system on daily basisCoordinate with the Managers and Zonal office regarding the Interviews and feedbacks.Daily HR operationsMaintaining vacancy tracker and working on it.Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment formsRegistering of new employees/interns and onboarding them in the system.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree or Bachelors Degree with Certification in HR (preferably BCOM ,BBM/BBA)
Great communication as well as interpersonal skills, quick learner, good in researching and finding solutionsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong initiative, creativity, collaboration, self-reliant and passion to learnExcellent in presentation skills with the ability to portray a strong professional imageStrong people assessment skills
