Position: HR Intern
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (In-Office)

Stipend: ₹2,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentive on Every Successful Hiring
Internship Duration: 3-6 Months

Tech Driven Basics Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing technology services company offering IT infrastructure, networking, and enterprise support solutions. We are actively expanding our operations in Indore and seeking an enthusiastic HR intern to support our recruitment and HR functions on-site.

Who Can Apply:

• Students or fresh graduates (BBA, MBA in HR preferred, or any discipline)
• Strong communication, coordination, and people skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (training provided)
• Available for a full-time, in-office internship in Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen potential candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Assist in maintaining and updating recruitment records and reports
• Help with joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding processes
• Support HR team in day-to-day administrative and employee engagement activities
