Company: Search2Select Position: Research Associate -(Talent Acquisition) This is hybrid opportunity 2 days from Office Job Objective: To contribute to organizational value & build credibility by managing and delivering excellence in talent search. Job Specs: Lead screenings and shortlisting of potential candidate through job boards & referrals. Own and assist in interview process with seniors and hiring managers from NON IT. ( manufacturing , Automotive , Industrial Engineering , FMCG , Consumer Durables & Electronics , Renewable sector , Pharma / Medical devices) Role & responsibilities: Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various online platforms and resources to identify potential candidates. Review and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. ¢ Interview Coordination: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and role and cultural fitment. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. ¢ Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status. Address candidate queries and provide a positive candidate experience. ¢ Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs. Provide support in creating job descriptions and defining candidate profiles. ¢ Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system. Generate reports and metrics to track recruitment progress. ¢ Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through various channels. Contribute to the development of creative and engaging recruitment content Qualifications and Traits: ¢ Graduate / Postgraduate (Basic Knowledge about Recruitment Industry is required) ¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ¢ Strong time management and team skills ¢ Ability to take ownership and delivering results ¢ Having good exposure and understanding of industries benchmark and talent mapping We welcome you to take this journey forward in enriching human potential.
